Israel “Ariel” Hernandez is a young, driven real estate professional with PV Lives Here, bringing an international life story and a hands-on understanding of property to the Puerto Vallarta market. Born near Acapulco, Guerrero, and raised in the United States from the age of five, Israel grew up between cultures after his family relocated in pursuit of opportunity. Educated in Phoenix, Arizona, and later Kansas City, Missouri, his early years shaped a strong work ethic, adaptability, and a global perspective that now serve his clients well in Mexico’s dynamic coastal real estate environment.
Israel’s entrepreneurial spirit emerged early, beginning with door-to-door summer work as a teenager and evolving into a successful career as a subcontractor on large-scale commercial construction projects. In Kansas City, he managed flooring installations for major developments, including Holiday Inn hotels, the historic Phillips Hotel downtown, and large automotive dealerships. This experience gave him a rare, technical understanding of construction—reading architectural plans, understanding materials, timelines, and budgets—which today allows him to help clients evaluate not just properties, but their true potential.
In 2019, Israel returned to his roots and relocated to Puerto Vallarta, where he immersed himself fully in the local market. Since then, he has been involved in property renovations, transactions, referrals, rentals, and property management, including the full remodel and management of a four-unit building in Alta Vista and managing multiple properties in Zona Romántica. His reputation for honesty, reliability, and attention to detail has earned him long-term friendships, strong community ties, and consistent referrals—whether for construction, rentals, or real estate services.
Now preparing to obtain his AMPI license, Israel is focused on growing his real estate career both professionally and personally. He is passionate about helping clients explore everything from fix-and-flip opportunities to family homes and condominium investments, with a particular enthusiasm for new developments and architectural design. Outside of real estate, he enjoys gardening, fitness, language learning, and community life—values that mirror his approach to business: grounded, curious, and relationship-driven. Israel is excited to guide clients through Puerto Vallarta real estate with transparency, vision, and a deep understanding of how spaces truly work.
