Patrick offers a over a quarter century of Real Estate excellence which derives from both a broad professional spectrum as well as his very personal “passion for property”. During a fifteen year career working in various forms of Social Work, Patrick’s real estate “investment and redesign hobby” evolved into much more than just a creative outlet. It became lucrative. As a team leader, his understanding of property acquisition and resale, restoration and capital growth, property management and many industry variables all come to the table.
Patrick has won countless Industry awards in Canada, is a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) with the National Association of Realtors (U.S.) and owns a Brokerage operating in Puerto Vallarta Mexico.
Ultimately, formal Real Estate licensing 24 years ago at the Ontario provincial level and then becoming member of the Ottawa Real Estate Board (OREB) bring us to the more current: The birth of the OLH team in 2015. Experience, Service, Results was and still is our motto.
Patrick continues to own and develop a variety of working and recreational properties in Canada, the United States and Mexico.
He has also developed and redesigned multiple properties and builds from the “ground up”. With an added educational background in Corporate Communications and Public Relations, he ensures your marketing needs take a strategic place in the plan.
