Eder was born in Cuautla, Morelos, and raised between Yautepec and Cuernavaca, this emerging real estate professional brings a strong sense of place, culture, and adaptability to his work. After completing his early education in his hometown, he relocated to New York City at the age of 25, where he spent a decade immersed in an international, fast-paced environment, including six summers living and working in Provincetown. Fluent in Spanish and English, with conversational Portuguese, he developed strong cross-cultural communication skills that now serve as a valuable asset in Puerto Vallarta’s diverse real estate market.
While living in Manhattan, he pursued formal training in creative and design-focused disciplines, enrolling at the Makeup and Designory (MUD) and later completing cosmetology studies at the ARROJO Cosmetology School, both located in downtown New York. This education sharpened his appreciation for aesthetics, detail, and presentation—skills that translate naturally into real estate, where visual appeal, staging, and design sensibility play a critical role in property value and marketability. His creative mindset continues to influence how he views spaces, architecture, and lifestyle-oriented properties.
After returning to Mexico, he chose to channel his international experience, creativity, and people-focused background into real estate. Currently finalizing his professional credentials and registrations, he is committed to entering the Puerto Vallarta market with a strong ethical foundation and a clear focus on accredited, professional real estate practices. His time living between countries has given him a nuanced understanding of both local and international buyer expectations, particularly lifestyle-driven decisions tied to coastal living.
